Some 14 years after their first appearance in the world’s major markets, the regulation of e-cigarettes remains a global patchwork quilt, ranging from outright bans in a few countries, to developing or more fully developed regulatory frameworks in others.
This report addresses the developments ECigIntelligence expects to see in e-cig regulation around the world in 2021, looking at past policy initiatives in dozens of different countries, plus the authorities of the European Union (EU), Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), to assess the prospects of future changes.
