Albania: e-cigarette regulation, August 2022

Albania regulated e-cigarettes with an amendment to the Law on the Protection of Health from Tobacco Products in 2019. Although so far no bills have been presented, it is likely that Albania will further regulate electronic cigarettes in the long term to match the EU Tobacco Products Directive standards.
