Tamarind Intelligence’s Policy Radar was launched in September 2022 in order to provide a detailed analysis of the current regulatory frameworks and a five-year forecast of selected novel tobacco and nicotine markets globally.
This report examines the global regulatory trends that follow the data set out in the Policy Radar in order to unveil, to a limited extent, the direction of the discussions that may dominate the tenth session of the Conference of Parties of the World Health Organisation Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, scheduled for late 2023.
Sergi holds a Master’s degree in European Union Law from the University of Amsterdam, where he also participated in the Fair Work and Equality Law Clinic. He graduated in Law from the University of Barcelona in 2019. He worked as a legal research intern at Global Human Rights Defence, an NGO that monitors human rights violations worldwide. He also engaged in a traineeship program in an Egyptian law firm in 2019, arranged by AIESEC.
