E-cigarettes in Bahrain are regulated by the Technical Regulation of Electronic Nicotine Products (BH 2:2021) (Equivalents of Traditional Tobacco Products) (the 2021 Standard), which was adopted in November 2021 pursuant to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce decision 121/2021. It came into force in May 2022.
