Belgium: end of medical regulation, new consumer regime imminent

The new Belgian law, transposing the TPD, comes into force in January 2017. It will end the classification of e-cigarettes as medical devices and impose severe restrictions, including an online sales ban as well as product, packaging, labelling and advertising restrictions.
