Canada’s Tobacco and Vaping Products Act undergoes public consultation

Health Canada has launched a consultation on the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) asking citizens, experts, vapers and other industry members to share their perspectives about e-cigarettes.

The legislative review will focus on vaping, though later reviews – which will take place every two years – will focus on tobacco-related provisions.
