In a first, Dutch health authorities are looking to ban tobacco flavourings on top of those more usually prohibited, such as sweet and fruit flavours.
The National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) of the Netherlands has reviewed the 23 permitted flavourings used to make up tobacco flavours in e-liquids as well as other smokeless tobacco and related products, such as nicotine pouches.
