E-cigs defined as tobacco products: Los Angeles regulatory report

In our latest look at e-cig regulation in Los Angeles, we find that both Los Angeles City and Long Beach take an active approach towards electronic cigarettes and include them in the definition of tobacco products for purposes of the Tobacco Retailing License and public smoking restrictions. Los Angeles County mainly defers to California law, which is quite restrictive on electronic cigarettes.
