Elf Bar acts fast to avoid recall notice, but oversized vapes still can’t be sold in UK

Reports that Elf Bar has been the subject of a mandatory recall of its UK products that did not meet regulations are false but so are suggestions that the vapes can still be legally sold.

ECigIntelligence has learned that the authorities are satisfied with Elf Bar’s response and that there was no need for a mandatory recall as the company acted quickly to recall the product with retailers. Elf Bar confirmed that it was not the subject of any formal recall or withdrawal notice issued by regulators.
