FDA seeks ‘no sale of tobacco’ orders against Walgreens and Circle K

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that it is trying to get no tobacco sale orders (NTSO) against Walgreens and Circle K for selling combustibles and cigars to minors.

The NTSOs would ban the stores from selling tobacco for 30 days.
