FDA warnings target smaller companies and leave the big boys alone, study finds

A recent study has revealed that the warning letters issued by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) target small online retailers rather than large e-cigarette brands or products most used by young people, such as disposables and pods.

FDA warnings to e-cigarette companies in 2020 and 2021 were almost all sent to small online retailers, according to analysis by the Truth Initiative.
