Lawmakers in Florida are at the end of the state’s annual legislative session. During this year’s session, members of both chambers and political parties supported several measures that would restrict the sale and use of e-cigarettes across the state.
One notable bill that was signed into law on 26th April by Republican governor Ron DeSantis was the state’s indoor smoking ban, preventing e-cigarette use in public indoor areas like offices. Passed as SB 7012, the bill prevents vaping in a workplace unless otherwise posted by an owner.
