In our updated look at the regulatory landscape in Belgium we find that new product-specific regulation includes severe restrictions on retail, including an online sales ban, as well as product, packaging, labelling and advertising restrictions. TPD product restrictions do not apply to non-nicotine products, however age restrictions, and bans on online sales, public place use, and advertising cover all types of vaping products.
