U.S. consumer survey 2017: mostly mods, replacing tobacco

An online survey was carried out on U.S. e-cigarette consumers by ECigIntelligence between October 2016 and January 2017 in the U.S. The survey was carried out with support from consumer association CASAA (Consumer Advocates for Smoke-Free Alternatives Association) and a number of other associations and trade press.

In this November 2016 analysis we focused on stores which we believed to be dedicated to vaping, the traditional definition of a vape store. The directories to a large extent are populated with these stores, however we cleaned the data of stores which were clearly tobacconists or other non-specialist stores.
