A new ruling by the UK’s advertising complaints body highlights the risks that e-cigarette websites can run if their text is deemed promotional.
A complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) challenged 20 separate statements and phrases on the Govype.com site operated by Nicoventures, a British American Tobacco (BAT) subsidiary, for its Vype e-cigarette.
