New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has recently announced part of a comprehensive plan to reduce the use of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes.
As a statement of intent, Governor Cuomo then presented his $152.3 billion state budget for 2019, including a 10 cent per ml tax on e-liquid. The tax would be imposed on all products, regardless of whether they contain nicotine or not. If passed, the tax would take effect 180 days later. ...
