New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has recently announced part of a comprehensive plan to reduce the use of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. As a statement of intent, Governor Cuomo then presented his $152.3 billion state budget for 2019, including a 10 cent per ml tax on e-liquid.
