E-cigarettes and e-liquids are regulated in Israel under the Tobacco Act, and they are subject to the same restrictions as combustible cigarettes.
No major changes are expected to take place by the end of 2022. It seems rather unlikely that the regulations in force will be relaxed in the future, taking into account the negative approach that ruling governments and opposition parties have held towards vapour products in recent years.
