Kyrgyzstan follows Russian example by setting tax on nicotine e-liquids

The Kyrgyzstan government has recently agreed an excise tax amendment that will tax nicotine e-liquids and heated tobacco, coming in to force 1st July 2019. The country’s president Sooronbay Jeenbekov has endorsed the change.
