This report will provide the reader with an updated view of the e-cigarette industry in Latin America. Our aim is to explore key trends and identify future perspectives for each country.
Latin America is a diverse region in terms of culture and has historically faced multiple challenges in terms of economic and political conditions. In this report we offer macroeconomic indicators across the region, an overview of the markets, and regulatory status of the main countries.
Eight countries have been selected for a more detailed analysis (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru), and four for which we include a general overview (Ecuador, Panama, Uruguay, Venezuela). The categorisation of the countries was driven by the importance of e-cigarettes and their potential in the listed countries.
