Maryland first US state to ban disposable flavoured e-cigs

In a regulatory decision not yet seen in other states, Maryland is to become the first state to ban the sale of disposable flavoured e-cigarette devices. The state is leading the line by closing a loophole in the recent federal ban which made it possible for the sale of disposable flavoured e-cigs to continue.
