LATEST ALERTSA lawsuit against Juul Labs’ alleged involvement in youth vaping in Minnesota has gone to trial. While the company has settled suits with many other US states, Minnesota chose to take its case to court in hopes of getting more money and forcing the public disclosure of company documents.
That’s according to the Public Health Law Center at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St Paul, Minnesota, which is tracking the trial.
