New research has Scotland concerned about young vapers and dual users

Dual usage and youth vaping are of increasing concern to Scottish authorities, according to new data released by the Scottish government.

The latest report, which is an amalgamation and analysis of other sources of data, puts current use (which includes various definitions on top of those who vape “only occasionally”) somewhere between 5% and 13.2%, and shows use has been increasing over time.
