E-liquids now taxed: Cyprus regulatory report

In our latest look at regulations in Cyprus, we can see that a special procedure is applicable for “reduced-risk” claims of e-cigarette products, there is currently no notification fee and a tax on e-liquids and heated tobacco has been imposed.  Cross-border sales are prohibited, advertising is more restrictive than the minimum requirements of the TPD, and public vaping rules are in place under the country’s ‘smoke-free’ policy.
