Polish draft bill aims to ban e-cig sales to minors and tighten market restrictions

The Polish Ministry of Health has submitted a draft bill to the Council of Ministers aiming to ban the sale of all types of e-cigarettes and e-liquids to under-18s.

The legislative proposal also bans e-cigarette sales online and via vending machines. In addition, nicotine-free e-liquids would fall under the same stringent advertising bans already in place for traditional tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
