  • Graphic: how Croatian e-cigarette regulation will change

E-cigarette products are in the process of being regulated in Croatia, as we see in this September 2016 report, by transposing the Tobacco Product Directive (TPD). We expect the Draft Act on Restriction of the Use of Tobacco Products to be passed by the end of 2016, or early 2017. The delay in transposition led the European Commission (EC) to take an infringement decision against Croatia.
