Since the launch of Juul in 2015, pre-filled pods are becoming increasingly popular around the world. To better understand the success of pods, ECigIntelligence conducted a focus group with five e-cigarette users in Barcelona who have all tried at least one pre-filled pod brand. Rather than drawing general conclusions about the pod market, the purpose of this report is to better understand consumer motivations and provide new directions for future research. Reasons for using pre-filled pods, purchase channels and opinions regarding issues and improvements are just a few of the areas covered.
