Description
The individual implementation of the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) by EU member states, as well as their individual national requirements, have had varying implications for online selling and advertising of e-cigarettes. Some countries allow distance sales, others do not, while advertising restrictions also vary. This report takes on a Q&A structure, focusing on questions that have arisen during our discussions with the industry, broken down into sales restrictions, product and packaging restrictions, advertising, and taxation.
