Public vaping and advertising restricted: Azerbaijan regulatory report

In our in-depth look at regulations in Azerbaijan, we find that e-cigarettes are regulated as tobacco products and public vaping and the advertising of e-cigarettes are restricted. In 2018 smoking and vaping in designated indoor spaces became allowed, and a penalty of AZN30 ($18) will be applied for vaping and smoking in prohibited places. A new tax on e-liquids has now been introduced.
