Amendments increase excise duties on e-liquids from 1st November…

Slovenia: Amendments to the regulation determining the excise duty for tobacco products were published in the Official Gazette last week. The amendments, which go into effect 1st November, increase the excise duty applicable to e-liquids to €0.27 per ml for those with nicotine and to €0.12 per ml for those without nicotine.
