Anti-smuggling bill postponed to await WHO evaluation…

Lithuania: The parliamentary Health Affairs Committee has decided not to make a decision on a bill which proposes to allow tobacco manufacturers to support the fight against smuggling and illegal trade, media reports. The committee reportedly decided to wait for the bill to be evaluated by the Secretariat of the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC).
