Bill amending the Tax Code has been introduced…

Russia: Bill 448566-8 has been introduced, which would amend the Tax Code and would increase the current tax rates starting next year. Accordingly, the rate for e-liquids, including nicotine-free e-liquids, would increase to RUB42 (€0.40) per ml in 2024, RUB44 (€0.42) per ml in 2025, and RUB46 (€0.44) per ml in 2026.
