US – Pennsylvania: House Bill 1309 has been referred to the Senate. This bill would include electronic smoking devices within the definition of “smoking” for purposes of the Clean Indoor Air Act. This legislation would also give all localities the ability to enact smoke-free ordinances that are more restrictive than current state law.
