Bill to legalise e-cigs in consultation period…

Brazil: A bill presented by the opposition party Podemos to legalise e-cigarettes and heated tobacco has been opened for public consultation. The consultation will remain open while the bill is being discussed by the Senate. The bill includes product and retail restrictions as well as labelling requirements. Designated Senate commissions will now analyse the bill.
