Philippines: The House Ways and Means Committee will investigate e-cigarette brand Flava for possible tax evasion and tax fraud following a warehouse raid that uncovered illegally imported e-cigarettes. The products were allegedly mislabelled as freebase vape products instead of nicotine salts, which are subject to a higher tax rate. Around 1.4m 10 ml disposable vapes were seized.
