Electronic tax stamp will enable traceability of e-liquids…

Ukraine: The Verkhovna Rada (parliament) has adopted Bill 8287, which would introduce an electronic excise stamp for tobacco products and e-liquids, media reports. If signed by the president, it will come into force on 1st January 2024, enabling full product traceability. Full implementation of e-excise will also require Bill 8286 to be adopted.
