Czech Republic: In May and June, state hygienists were checking the labelling and sales requirements for flavoured disposables (including both nicotine-containing and nicotine-free e-cigarettes) being sold in bricks-and-mortar stores, according to a press release from the Ministry of Health. In total, hygienists checked 397 e-cigarettes, and 165 of them did not comply with labelling requirements. Fines totalling CZK125,000 (€5,126) were imposed.
