Last day of public consultation to review e-cig ban…

Brazil: Today is the last day to participate in the public consultation to review the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa)’s resolution 46/2009, which bans heated tobacco and e-cigarettes. The aim of the consultation is to collect contributions from interested parties to support the agency’s decision-making process. The authority will now take its final decision on whether or not to maintain the existing ban.
