Malta: Amendments to the Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products Regulations were published in the Official Gazette last week. The amendments include additional requirements for the health warning that nicotine-containing vaping products must contain, and extend the rules on cross-border distance sales to nicotine-free e-cigarettes and e-liquids.
