New tax stamps for e-cigs starting 1st January…

Estonia: The Tax and Customs Board updated the design of tax stamps for e-cigarettes, heated tobacco products and nicotine pouches. The new stamps will be for use starting 1st January 2024. Products bearing the tax stamps valid until the 31st of December 2023 can be sold by retailers until 31st March 2024.
