Non-compliant disposables seized in Trading Standards raids…

UK: A retailer from Oswestry, England, must pay over £2,500 for selling non-compliant disposables after nearly 200 products were confiscated by Shropshire Council’s Trading Standards. The retailer had already been inspected earlier in 2022, when almost 600 e-cigarettes were seized. Another enforcement action took place in London, where Haringey Council’s Trading Standards removed 1,985 non-compliant disposables.
