Prescription-only e-cig sales amendment considered in Parliament today…

Lithuania: Today, 8th November, the parliamentary Health Affairs Committee will consider the amendment seeking to allow the sale of e-cigarettes and their refills only in pharmacies and with a doctor’s prescription, media reports.  In July, the health minister criticised the proposal, saying that as e-cigarettes are not medicines, they can’t be sold in pharmacies or prescribed by a doctor.
