Vietnam: The Ministry of Finance has invited public comments on a draft decree that would impose a 50% import tax on e-cigarette devices and e-liquids. The Ministry of Finance added that “currently there is no product policy for e-cigarettes, so this product has not been officially imported and circulated in Vietnam.”
