Tax stamps on vapour products rules and prices…

Philippines: The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) last week issued a Revenue Memorandum Circular clarifying and providing guidance on the affixing of tax stamps to vapour products. The tax stamp will cost PHP1.0 ($0.018) per unit for a minimum of 1.65m units per order, and PHP2.5 ($0.044) for a minimum of 165,000 units per order.
