Estonia: The Social Commission of the Parliament scheduled the first reading of the Tobacco Act Amendment Act 654 SE for the plenary session on 8th November. The bill aims to repeal the ban on domestic long-distance sales, the prohibition of displaying devices at the point-of-sale, and the total ban on flavoured e-cigarettes by banning only sweet or soft drinks and confectionery flavours.
