Lithuania’s Law on Tobacco Control of Tobacco, Tobacco Products and Related Products is a consolidated act tackling all aspects of manufacturing, labelling, advertising and use of nicotine e-cigarettes. Under this law, e-cigarettes are defined as a product related to tobacco products. Currently, a number of bills aiming to strengthen the rules on vapour products are being discussed in Parliament. This report provides a detailed look at the current regulatory framework for e-cigs in Lithuania, covering everything from product, and labelling and packaging restrictions to advertising, notification and taxation. In addition, analysis is also provided relating to bills that are currently being discussed, with information about how they could change the framework if adopted.
