The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) released the decision on amending the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Tobacco Monopoly of the People’s Republic of China at the end of March.
The new draft amendment would regulate tobacco-alternative products, including e-cigarettes, as traditional tobacco threatens big changes to the local vapour market.
