Regulatory report: Slovakia, March 2021

Slovakia transposed the EU Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) into national law in 2016, the Act on Production, Labelling and Sale of Tobacco and other related products. There are no existing laws on e-cigarette taxation and there are currently no plans to change that.
