The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released yet more warnings to e-cig companies which, it says, are misleading children by using food-like flavours.
This new wave of warnings continues the FDA’s campaign of enforcement, which began with its “blitz” on Juul retailers for luring kids, and continued last week when the FDA and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) sent warnings to 13 e-liquid makers and sellers about products that resembled juice boxes, candy or cookies.
