There have been around ten enforcement action reports captured by ECigIntelligence regulatory alert services since the start of November 2022. All Trading Standards (TS) offices in the UK operate regionally and are employed by local councils, meaning they are independent of one another, take different approaches and have different priorities, though they do use similar standards and guidelines.
