UK vape maker Supreme and French e-cig wholesaler sign €4.5m agreement

UK vaping manufacturer Supreme has signed an agreement to sell the intellectual property of its T-Juice e-liquids to French e-cigarette wholesaler La Vape for €4.5m to be paid upon completion of the deal.

Supreme said it has entered a “strategic partnership” with La Vape Professional Distribution (LVP) that allows it to keep exclusive manufacturing rights for T-Juice liquids.
